Porcelain Veneers are also called Porcelain Laminate or Facing. A veneer is a thin ceramic shell bonded directly to the surface of the tooth. It is used to conceal imperfections, like gapped, discolored, chipped, cracked, or misaligned teeth. It is used to correct the same issues as bonding, but it is much stronger than bonding and has less chances for staining.
