Payment Options
We accept cash, check, credit, debit and money order. No-interest payment plans are available upon approval
Insurance Policy
We accept money from your insurance company. We might be out-of-network providers - we can call and verify them for you prior to initiating services.

We ask that you provide us with current and accurate information to help us process your claim. Often, there is a deductible or co-pay that is your responsibility. We will estimate your payment portion at the time of service, and your portion must be paid at the time of service.

We will submit claims to your insurance company. After your insurance company pays us, we will bill you or refund you for any difference from our estimate.
Senior Citizen Discount
Our 10% senior citizen discount (for customers older than 65) is available for weekday appointments between 10:00am and 3:00pm. You must pay in full with check or cash at time of service for us to apply this discount.​
